Carina Elaine Hightower (aka Carrie) Owner and Broker of The Hightower Agency began her insurance career in 2009. Carrie has been married for 35 years to her high school sweetheart. Together they raised two children in Morgan Hill, California while working in the real estate industry.
In 2009 she had the opportunity to pivot her 20 year career helping people in real estate to helping them with their insurance needs. After managing an agency office for 10 years, she learned that becoming an independent Broker would allow her to help more people by gaining access to more products. The dream of Hightower Insurance Agency became reality in February of 2020, with a goal to help as many families as possible.

Amanda Deloa is our Account Manager. She began her insurance career in 2010. She has worked for multiple agencies and works hard to take care of your household insurance needs. She is fully licensed and handles existing client maintenance, quoting new policies and shopping rates to make sure you are getting the best coverage for your premium.
